    Creating valuable content for your subscribers is often overlooked by many companies. Much of the email I delete is that which has no content, i.e. pretty pictures with the latest offer, or is a mass of words with no thought on how they are going to engage me. Straight delete and move to the next one.

    Literally you have about 3 seconds to catch my attention, so you need to be clear what the newsletter is about or I’ll start to feel it is time wasted.
